Meredith Damm, ASA - President
Meredith Damm is the President and Founder of Fountainhead Advisors, Inc. She has over sixteen years of business valuation and investment banking experience and has performed valuations for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, estate and gift tax planning, acquisitions, corporate recapitalizations, and employee stock ownership plans.
Ms. Damm is an Accredited Senior Appraiser ("ASA") in business valuation with the American Society of Appraisers and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' ("AICPA") business valuation certification program. She received an MBA in finance from Georgia State University and a BS in marketing from Birmingham-Southern College.
Prior to founding Fountainhead Advisors, Ms. Damm was a Senior Manager and Director at a boutique business valuation and investment banking firm. In addition, she was a Corporate Finance Specialist for Wachovia Capital Markets where she advised companies on financing and exit strategies. Ms. Damm was also a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a "Big 4" accounting and consulting firm.
Ms. Damm is a frequent speaker on business valuation topics and has authored several articles including: "Selling a High Tech Company", "Considering ESOP's as a Liquidity Option", "Proactive Estate Planning", and "Will E-Commerce Obsolete the Mall?" She also co-authored a national business valuation course (NBV6) titled Mergers & Acquisitions - Case Study.
Ms. Damm is involved in the following professional organizations: The Atlanta Women's Foundation, Women's Finance Exchange, The Financial Network, Board of Directors Network, American Society of Appraisers and the J. Mack Robinson MBA Alumni Group.
Tom J. Newsome, CFA, PE - Analyst
Tom has practiced business valuation for over five years at boutique business valuation and financial advisory firms. His experience includes the valuation of closely held businesses, service contracts, promissory notes and non-compete agreements; economic loss assessments; cost segregation studies; purchase price allocations; litigation support; and fairness opinions. Tom successfully completed his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. He has degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Bachelors of Chemical Engineering) and Georgia State University (Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Business Economics).
Lisa B. Noojin - Analyst
Lisa is a contract analyst with Fountainhead Advisors where she is responsible for industry research and financial analysis; valuation report writing and proofreading. She has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry including Vice President and Director positions in the investment banking divisions of Raymond James & Associates, Hartsfield Capital Group, Inc. and Primis, Inc. Lisa also held Relationship Manager and Senior Associate positions within the Private Wealth Divisions of Salomon Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. She has degrees from Salisbury University (Bachelor of Science, Finance) and Florida Metropolitan University (Master of Business Administration, magna cum laude). Lisa previously held the Merrill Lynch Certified Financial Manager (CFM) designation and the following securities licenses: Series 7, 24, 28, 31, 63, and 65.

Katie Goodman - Managing Partner - Grisanti, Galef & Goldress
Ms. Goodman joined GGG, one of the oldest turnaround consulting firms in the United States, in 2001. Since then, she has worked with more than 50 public and private companies, focusing in particular on middle-market firms in the Southeast. Ms. Goodman is experienced in dealing with companies in bankruptcy (Chapter 11 and Chapter 7) and she has successfully sold companies under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Chevy Arnold - President - CEA Consulting, Inc.
